Conceptual Design & R&D Studies

Our front-end conceptual design services provide the technical foundation for complex HP/HT systems that fully meet ASME, API, and ANSI design codes. We work closely with clients to validate ideas, assess feasibility, and align early-stage concepts with operational goals.

    3D Solid Modeling for a variety of high-pressure piping, valves, and flowline components, Thermodynamic modeling and preliminary simulations.

Basic Design & FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) Studies

We offer comprehensive design and product knowledge, enabling us to perform quick and accurate FEED studies at the earliest stage of any project. Our FEED studies are essential to project planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation. We provide skid template layouts, component sizing, a detailed bill of materials (BOM), cost and lead-time estimates, and recommended manufacturers. We deliver comprehensive engineering packages that transform early-stage concepts into actionable, procurement-ready designs, ensuring a seamless transition to detailed engineering and execution.

Deliverables Include:

  • Process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)

  • Skid templates and component sizing

  • Design basis and system architecture

  • Stress, thermal, and vibration analysis for piping and components

  • Specification of HP/HT valves, vessels, pumps, and heat exchangers

  • Compliance with ASME, API, ISO, and project-specific standards

Flowline Arrangements & External Loading Calculations

We engineer flowline systems that maintain integrity and performance under extreme thermal and mechanical loads, available in both “Fabricated” and “Building Block” configurations. Our team provides expert support in material selection and equipment sizing to ensure optimal performance for your application.

Each flowline can be fully assembled, tested, and coated before shipment or delivered in component form for global deployment and on-site assembly.

We also offer comprehensive external loading and design calculations, along with complete engineering reports prepared for third-party review and compliance with relevant requirements.

Services include:
