LTS High Pressure Pigging Systems
LTS offers Custom engineered Packaged equipment for both Onshore and Offshore High Pressure and High Temperature HP/HT critical service applications. Our Boarding Valve and integrated Pig Launcher/Receiver systems are supplied through 20,000psi (1379bar), and widely used for Single and Bi-Directional Looped Deepwater Subsea Tie Backs. Packaged options include fully assembled and tested Flowlines, as well as Sled, and Skid mounted systems. Export Oil and Gas Packages are offered through ASME 4500lbs Class, in vertical and/or horizontal orientations. All LTS systems provide for Intelligent Pigging options and use “Exact Port” design logic as well as Pig handling equipment.
